Do you offer virtual tours or video calls for out-of-state buyers?
Yes. I regularly work with out-of-state and international buyers, and I'm happy to set up video calls and virtual tours so you can explore homes from anywhere.
What information should I have ready when we talk?
A general timeline, your budget or price range, the areas you're interested in, and any questions you have about schools, commutes, or neighborhoods. If you already have a pre-approval, that's a great start, but it's not required.
How fast do you respond to inquiries?
I typically respond within a few hours during business hours. I'm available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday by appointment.
